Post about it on your blog, then slip her a small scrap of paper with the URL on it.
First you close your own laptop and suggest you get the meeting started.
Failing that, break the wireless network or at least block skype, irc and other im.
Not working? get a pen and paper and tell her that you'll save her the strain of having to take notes from the meeting.
Still no luck? Tell Libby(1) that you'll buy a round of beers if she'll go get them now.
