I'm the Apache rep on the JCP EC, and if you're paying attention to the JCP, it should come as no surprise that we're doing a lot of work related to the recent failed JDO Public Draft vote and related EJB3 issues.

I'm tired of writing "the POJO-persistence-subspec of the EJB3 expert group" to refer to the [weird] independently-licensable sub-spec of the EJB3 (JSR-220) expert group.

So I want to name it...

Given the influence of Hibernate on the technology, how about

EJayBernate
