Today, on behalf of the ASF, I sent the following to the JCP ECs and the PMO :

I'll have more to say about this debacle in the coming days, but just ponder the irony of Red Hat and Eclipse voting for a TCK license that prohibits shipping implementations of Java SE under open source licenses. Maybe they're counting on getting a better, special deal from Oracle...
