Good and bad news! The good one: We bought a house! The bad one: We have to move! :)

Lately we found a house that matches a lot of our requirements. Quite middle in town near the center, a separate big room for my wife Linda to perform her music school and not too big. The backer is near, the house is in a by-road and we have a wonderful 40mē terrace (but no garden).

Yet, we have to sell our current apartment now. We'll see ...
